A homeless shelter for men, women, and children.  They are addressing the underlaying probelems of homlessness like substance abuse, incomplete education, and inadequate skills.  Define the problem of homelessness as families or individuals that are unable to provide shelter for themselves, because of issues such as substance abuse, financial difficulties, behavior problems and physical or mental disabilitys.
